A PlayerAuctions Question

[FibOfAllFibs]

I am about to start a massive Runescape service, but the problem is I am scared of Paypal chargebacks. I am interested in using PlayerAuctions, but I don't like the huge fees. Is it REALLY 10% + $2??
EDIT:: Found waht I was looking for on another thread, should have read others first. Please delete or lock.

It is well worth the price knowing that your payment will be safe without risk.
