a new type of rare accounts?

They may be rare, but to be honest I can't see anyone interested in them.

 

Jagex will probably transport them all to the new tutorial island in a couple months anyway.

This new tutorial is probably just a trial, which is why they are temperarily keeping the old one. So they'll ever go back to old tutorial island, or transport them all to the new one.

 

i guess you could classify these as "Rare accounts" its nothing special tough because you can't speak on Tutorial iland niether would you want to come on Tutorial iland so what would be the point of playing runescape when you can only max your skills to 3.

 

The so called "new" tutorial isn't really new. It where used about half a year ago, but Jagex reversed to the old one. I don't think that will happen now, because now they got the whole objectives and help system.

Anyway, the whole point with rares is show-off. And the only persons you could show this off to would be other old-tutorial accounts. And what's the point of showing off something the other people also got?
