What's that caged range training spot? After Plague City quest?

What's that spot and how do you get there.. You have to beat plague city to get to? It's a really good afk spot.

 

It is called "King Lathas' Training Camp" I believe and is filled with caged ogres.

It is a good spot to train range quickly, but to my knowledge it is not a good AFK spot because the ogres are caged and they therefore cannot attack you which would in turn cause you to retaliate. Basically what I mean is you have to click on the ogres to attack them.
