Because you knowingly sold something that someone has tested not to work... its basically scamming man.

Its not a scam unless the buyer asked if it worked for the carrier. Most people on craigslist anyways buy any phone and happens to use them for parts.

I most likely sold it from somebody who buy the iPhones in any condition for either parts only.

    Its whatever though,

I don't see how anyone interprets this as scamming, unless the op knowingly told the buyer that the phone was for his carrier. If he never stated that he had proof that it worked on the buyer's network, then the use of the property is up to the buyer.

It's kind of wrong that you didn't tell him, or that he didn't ask. However, I don't see how you did anything wrong. Even if it was for Sprint or Verizon. Depending on the model of iPhone, some come with CDMA and GSM or just one of them.

So, it is possible for some iPhones to be flashed to other networks, depending on the location, network, and model.

For future sales; be more informative.

I don't see why you got TWC for lack of information. You sold a product. If the same product was sold on Amazon or eBay; it would be sold as-is.

Unless you specifically posted false information, you shouldn't be help responsible for his purchases.

    Yeah I just appealed it.

I'm not sure if it will be removed or not.

EDIT : I just want to let you guys know I have mental problems ( what I believe so) so some of this stuff might not make sense at all.
