Help! I got hacked

Someone set a registered email on my account and I don't have access to it. I need to change it to my own. Would recovering it reset it? I don't see a stolen password option on the runescape website and its not letting me fill out an appeal without entering the email registered to the account. Help please

 

If someone changed the email to your account send an email to [email protected] with your recoveries, your IP and your ISP with the email you need your email switched to and they will change it over for you providing you are the original owner.

 

It says the response time might be 2 weeks and they have a large volume of emails.

 

Yea, 5-7 days generally.

If you want it locked you can make another account, activate the 14 day trial and post on forums under Account Help, state you emailed them from your email address for your account name _________ and that you need your account locked because you've been hijacked.
