A little bit disappointed with the banning.

I sent in a report on a player that scammed me about 5 hours ago and there has been no response even though, in my opinion, it should be reviewed by any mod every 10 min. The player could be moving on to do another scamming transaction because he is about to get scammed because I have 110% clear evidence. That person I sent a report in for is now trying to scam people and he account is still free to use and not banned b/c no1 got to my report.

Yes, but the person still out there might scam someone else. I agree with that, reports should be checked more often.

 

Staff can only be on so much.I understand your frustration but they do their best to get the job done.You have to give them some credit.

 

Stop complaining? 100's of reports both scammer and spammer alike come through every day. A mods purpose isn't to serve every wim and need of a member.
Yes, they help keep the community safe and ban scammers etc, but give them some time. Mods have a life too, they don't sit here all day waiting for each scam report to come in.
They'll get to it soon enough.
