Paypal Help

I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong section but can anyone help me out about this Paypal issue?

What where you doing before all this happened? Selling Virtual Items and buyers filing disputes, might of caused this problem, Also Paypal doesn't really trust Asian countries with high fraud.

 

uhm, before I had an account which they limit it due to under age it was around 2009. So then I opened this new account and without knowingly putted the same information First name and Last name.

@Piz I was selling Virtual Items like RSGolds, and I think one of my buyer filed a dispute on my "old 2009 account".


is there still any way to lift this limitation?

 

The reason being is cause you made a separate account without fixing your first account

The best thing you could do is
Make a new paypal
Insert your bank account information
Insert credit card info
Make sure you are verified
If needed, upload proof of ID

 

my new account is verified and has bank account and credit card already. :|

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but the next step is blacklisting your IP, making impossible to have transactions on paypal again, unfortunately for you.

 

so this means I should give up now?

 

Your best bet to resolve this issue is to call PayPal Customer Service.
This is how I've handled the majority of my disputes/issues with them so that little time is wasted, and situations are handled promptly.

Thanks. That's what I'm thinking since yesterday, but I can't call using our phone in our house it will cost me a lot of money contacting them from here to US. I'm thinking of buying credits in Skype then I'll call them using it.

also u broke their terms and conditions about 2 accounts and if ur addresses dnt match up then ur still pretty fked lol

Call them, I've spoke to people who have helped me out with some of my biggest paypal issues directly over the phone, resolving it before we hang up.

 

As stated. Call them. I would move to help and req but I'm just going to close as you've had several replies and calling is your best bet.
