Wow. Cool,never seen most of these before.

 

Might I ask how you all discovered these? Is it by random or do you actually plan this out?

 

entertaining if you have no knowledge of what goes on behind the bugging scenes..

svew i can fill you in on the details of 06 and possibly 05.

 

Do you want to know the duel arena glitch that made most of these smuggling bugs and safe pking bugs work?
Or have you just forgot to mention it?

I do know and did mention it a couple times within the post. I may make a separate section for it later.

 

There was also another little glitch used by tainted ones way back when (don't remember the year)

But they took the bandages from Castlewars tellied out, went to the duel arena staked people with food off as an option. Then used the bandages to heal themselves during the stake.

Are the Tainted Ones still together? Or did they all fall?

 

I saw you make references to the bug, but you never explained how to do it. I know there were several duel arena bugs that gave you a force tele.
(This bug involved 3 players and spamming the duel option to each other, if you don't know it tell me and i'll tell you it. although i can't remember it 100%)

Anyways, good job on this thread, should get a sticky in my opinion. I used to be a bit of a bug abuser but not a decent one. It's good to see there are still people out there abusing their (JaGeX) poor coding. Although they are tightening the loose ends in their code now-a-days and making it alot harder to create useful bugs.

Didn't see this bug on your list, it was around 2005 / 2006 and it ended up getting leaked to the bug abuse community.

Just remembered there was another force tele (also allowed you to smuggle bandages/barricades etc) created by the Castle Wars game:
When in a castle wars game (not the waiting room, the actual game). You had to turn run OFF, then walk as far away from the exit portal as you could, then click on it. Once you were about 3 squares away from the portal repeatidly click logout. Once logged out, you log back in and you would be in the main castle wars room with the bank (chest). Although the game would think you are still playing in that castle wars game. So you could continue doing what you wanted and when that castle wars game ended you would be force teleported back to the castle wars main room. This was a good force tele as you would also be getting CW tickets if your team won .

 

they disbanded, for numerous reasons..

• Kami (founder and leader of the group) had a legal document fed-ex'd to him saying that Jagex would sue him if he didn't shutdown the website
• They grew up (most of them were in there later teens during their runescape career)
• Runescape began to suck, they disbanded around the time of removal of the wilderness and the implementation of the trade limit

 

I started RuneScape in 2005 i think. I didn't know so many bugs existed! How i feel like punching myself for not abusing the House Lures/PvP lures when they existed

i was always woodcutting like a nerd. . .

Also, you could probably add a section dedicated to Bounty Hunter and all the shit that was abused involving it.
