Jonas1989 Appeal

Jonas1989 was banned for purchasing a keylogger off of Hackforums for what reason again? Because he may or may not be keylogging the steams he has? Are you kidding me, that is possibly the most ignorant reason to ban someone. He could use the keylogger for anything, most people buy keyloggers for obtaining things far greater then steam accounts. He could be using the logger for his own protection, and added backup. He could be using it to obtain emails, rapidshares anything, but it doesn't mean he's using to obtain things that he's selling on this site.

Sythe has no business banning people for things that they've purchased, especially ones they have purchased from other sites.

Another thing, this is Jonas's most recent post on the thread at Hackforums http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=272391&pid=3593593#pid3593593 You don't even know if he even obtained the logger. On top of that, the date he posted on the thread was 4/20/10. Uh, I'm pretty sure that Jonas has been dealing with steams far before the 20th of April 2010. If anything that thread proves that Jonas wasn't obtaining steams with a Keylogger, because if he was he wouldn't have needed to purchase.

This bans appalling, and needs to be taken care of.
