anyway to contact jagex?

lol I know they don't respond to botting offenses but I was banned last night on 2 accounts and I've never botted them at all lol I was afk training at the chaos druids and would pick up herbs every few minutes. lol is there anyway I can contact them to get this reversed because it's clearly a fault on their end lol

but its highly unlikely their going to do anything..

 

C'mon man, they don't give you a permanent macro ban if you're just afk. You're on a cheating forum - no need to lie to us ;p

chances are you were botting..even if you did and lie to them they know the truth in all honesty; if you did get wrongfully banned then you are in that small .1% of people it happens too. good luck

 

lmfao im not lying I haven't botted on the 2 accounts that got banned i was hand doing 4 accounts at the chaos druids because i needed 2mil fast the only bots I run are merchant bots which only get mutes and as I said the 2 accounts that actually got banned hadn't been botted at all lol all others were fine. I don't really care that they are banned its just the point they were actually legit I could even understand a rwt/goldfarmer but not a macro lol

 

Jagex doesn't care if particular accounts you own are legit or not. If you're botting on one account they'll ban all your accounts.

 

You can contact them on twitter but they just say the same thing and little 13 year old spamming them daily with hundreds of bullshit stories makes it impossible for them to believe your story is true. They will check the ban and within 2 seconds will say it's staying put. I sold my account and the guy suicide botted the account then reversed his money. I thought this wouldn't be such a huge problem for me because as soon as they see it wasn't me botting they will unban me. They reviewed and said that indeed I didn't bot the account but the security of the account is my problem the ban will be staying put. This is how poor the customer service is now. Good luck.

Obviously you were botting, or else you wouldn't have gotten banned lmao.

You can try to contact them, but honestly, they'll just tell you what you got banned for and they will do nothing, because you botted.

accounthelp@jagex doesn't work anymore from what I heard.

 

They won't unban you. If you were botting on ANY accounts under that IP then they will jump to presumptions and even if they can see you weren't doing it on that particular account - you won't be unbanned.

You're not getting them back. Botting anything on that IP, the rest of them will be gone.

Botting appeals get ignored, tickets regarding macro offences are ignored. Jacmob will be sat pissing him self laughing. you're wasting your time.

 

Try send them an email on there support email account they have quite fast responses from my experience.

 

I highly doubt you will get in contact with Jagex, they really do suck & i remember around 2 years ago now, trying to get in contact with them and had no luck, so i wouldn't bother!

If you do tweet/email them, make sure you are completely honest, they will know if you were botting

 

They will review it but even if you're telling the truth they are convinced you are lying. They deal with 13 year old kids all day whining so when genuine players need help you get treated like a 13 year old and basically everything you're saying is excuses they've heard a million times before. Even if you're telling the truth. Which I highly doubt you got banned by mistake.
