    $2100 dispute with Win/M3HM37

I would like to first and foremost thank any and all staff and members for taking the time to read through this report. The dispute is highly detail orientated and may be cumbersome to follow; I once again appreciate your attempt to read through this complicated matter.

Disputed User's Profile links: M3HM37, Semp, twistedtaco

    Amount scammed: $2100 USD

How they scammed: Win, also known as M3HM37 or Gotcha, was a rank at GPCasino (during the scam) and more recently a rank at Dragon Dyce (after the scam). As admin of the clan, Win provided me with permission to take a large bettor's BTC wager over my max, however, only under the condition that he is sent the BTC which upon he will tab accordingly after (Imgur).

After a significant streak, the bettor was cleaned and it was time to pay out tabs. Win then began delaying payment and attempted to divert the attention towards clan-relations (Imgur). As it turned out, he was actually the bettor on an alternate account (Imgur). This archived report thread may be referred to as an alternate point of view from another rank involved (M3HM37). In an attempt be optimistic, I offered emotional support to Win's "troubles" in order to assist in ensuring his payment to me and the staff. Win then directed me to inform everyone that he had paid off his debt to me (Imgur). Eventually Win would collect enough money to pay off his tab, but instead, was convinced by Semp to bet on him with slight odds in a chance to "win back his losses". The following imgur url explains the entire situation with Semp, an admin at GPCasino at the time, convincing Win to bet the money he rebuilt on him, ultimately preventing the ranks from being paid out their tab that may have prevented this entire dilemma: Imgur.

Win once again asked if he could lower the debt owed to me to $1500 instead of $2100 which I agreed on in an attempt to support him as a friend (Imgur). At this point it was evident by Win's timidness that I would likely not be receiving my due payment.

Months later, I was informed that M3HM37 bought into Dragon Dyce with the new username "Win". Here is a screenshot of a rank in Dragon Dyce confirming that M3HM37 is Win: Imgur. Knowledge of Win/M3HM37 being a ban evader and scammer at this point was understood, and warned, yet a rank was still offered to him. While this may not necessarily be directed caused by Twistedtaco, I find it vexatious that the owner decided to follow through with the rank purchase considering the level of caution suggested prior. I hold him responsible for the recent report made upon which $6000 USD was scammed ([Active Report] 6.000 USD Dispute with Dragon Dyce - Twistedtaco (KO)) by the same user that scammed me $2100 USD.

Proof of Semp's discord: Imgur, Imgur

Proof of Win's discord and him talking about the tab as M3HM37: Imgur

Thank you once again for your time.

    $2100 dispute with Win/M3HM37

I'm removing twistedtaco from the title as there no way for us to hold him accountable for this as he had no involvement in the scam nor was he even in the clan which these events took place.

As for the people who were actually in the clan,
We can't really punish @Semp for taking bets while there was money owed to others, he shouldn't have done so but there no offense on sythe for that (I have also removed him from the title), so this has been added to @M3HM37 DNT reason.

@Jrock I am truly sorry for your loss.
