what's it meant to be?

first thing i hate is you using motion blur rather then gaussian blur on the reflection. Also don't like the soft brush signature, do a real signature, on paper, scan it into comp, and invert it to get it white on black background and set to lighten. don't liek the 1px black soft light borders either, it makes it look like it's a bad scale-down.

Also don't like the font for the Serene, you should use a more hand-written font, and have it larger, then you can make it look better lighting-wise, have it white in the middle and work it's way out to the blue, then have the blue glow.

You have no given this work a unified source of light. Being as you want the reflection to shine and show detail, you have to make the light come from the bottom of the picture. In the same token, the images need shadows behind them, along with the reflections to the front. Also, you would want the text to be a part of the image, rather than just being a title for the work - text splattered on the image. Consider adding a 'wall' in the background, just above mid-way behind the point of focus. Make this wall as shiny as you wanted your ground surface, but with brightness variation.

Looks nice overall, but I'm not liking the smudges on the most recent image. I feel that it sort of ruins the smoothness of the image.

Ok, still, you should not have the blue hue on the top and bottom of the image. Place 'serene' just behind the center picture, and slightly overlaid by the picture, with the words behind the top.

 

The 'break' in the newest one gives it much more depth, and it looks much better than your first two.
