Question about eb games

Ok so i payed for mw2 on xbox360 on thrusday. I brought game guarantee or whatever its called. So today my xbox gets knocked over and the disc gets scratch and the games unplayable would they replace it because of game guarantee??

 

You might be able to pull it off if you say "I bought this game the other day, and when I got home to play it, the game was all scratched up and wouldn't work".

I'm pretty sure that they don't cover the game if you scratch it, but rather if you got it scratched.

 

Just say thats how you got it..
