Fletch/Alc Guild still decent?

Thinking about getting 99 Fletching on my pure but only want to if the guild is still friendly and fun.
When I got 99 Fletch a few years back made heaps of RS freinds that I still talk to now. Heaps of 99 Fletch and Mage parties, good conversation and just overall a good atmosphere [Fuck I can't beleive im using this word about Runescape].
Is it still like that now?
I don't have a member account atm so I can't check it out.
