He threw a cup of Whataburger out the window at the drive-thru. Pretty sure they have trashcans in most drive-thrus and if not there is one at your house. I can safely say I've never littered in my life, and after learning about this I want some action being taken against him.

Or does Sythe.org support littering? Normally there's a fine if you're caught and he admitted to it. We need a fine established here on Sythe.org

I cannot comment on that because of bribes, but I won't take bribes on littering.
