What would you do if the healers spawn behind Jad? A guy I hired tried to get the fire cape, but the healers spawned behind Jad, and he failed...

 

you gotta use long range and hit them...that's actually the best scenario for you if they don't gotta touch you.

 

swap to longrange and kill...

 

Alright, here's what I'm using.
WORN: Full guthan, fury, ranger boots, archer ring, obby cape, broad-tipped bolts and black d-hide vambs.

INVY: Black dhide chaps and body, 17 super restores, rune c bow, 4 sara brews, 3 prayer pots, and 1 ranging pot.

Range: 74
HP: 90
Def: 90
Prayer: 83

 

Would a rune c bow with broad tipped bolts be better or a karils x bow with it's special bolts.

It's actually about the same, I'd rather use karils in caves over broad's just for the length of attacking you get with karils x-bow.

If you would like to save money though then use broad and have 100 diamond (e) for jad. Broads work very well I use them for my personal cape count a lot.
