    Making the account arguably makes it less safe for the buyer and seller.

    A bunch of name snipers will hop on the name because they know it's ready for transfer, putting more risk for the buyer.

    The name has a chance of getting expired if the buyer bails out and the seller can't find a person to buy at a reasonable price within 7 days, putting more risk for the seller.

    The best way is to just sell the account so both buyer/seller have more freedom.
