After being scammed by solsticex, I lost $270..I bought $200 worth of NP from him and trades were successful, and wanted to buy $270 of np in one transaction, he blocked me on msn after payment.

Back to buying, I'm looking for a cheap rate of legit neopoints. <$2/mil preferred.

solsticex/masterchief is going to get away with $270 though, made a mistake and i'm not going to try to dispute it (at least he actually sold me neopoints instead of straightoff scamming) - won't happen again though, on the other hand...you'll be disappointed

 

Do not trade with the user. He will chargeback on PP if you're not careful.
