Buying this pure 500k-3m

I am buying a str pure which meets the following requirements:

Must be 100% F2P.
Must have NO recoveries.
Must have 40 attack (Less is fine, not more).
Must have 1 defence.
Must have 1 prayer, or 31.
Must have 40 ranged.
Must have 1 or 25+ Mage.
Must have more then 45 str. If it doens't have 45 str, don't bother telling me.
