I'm banned for no reason?

Ok so I was on msn selling an account and someone added me and I noticed it was someone impersonating "24mobley24" he said that he wanted to buy my account and the whole time I knew he was impersonating then he asked me if I could keep a secret, he sent me the following links prooving he was Grafix and Diablov1. http://i45.tinypic.com/2nhqgjo.jpg http://i49.tinypic.com/161xhq9.jpg

I started trolling back to him saying I have been banned many times before and stuff and he actually beleived me, so what does he do he goes into report a scammer with no proof what so ever and bam! I am banned. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=738802
