[Request]Online Shopping

Please make a guide or help me to online shop.

Explanation and situation.

Online shop must be like Amazon (meaning that the goods come from Amazon's own store and not from random online seller).
Online shop must be accepting paypal (also please state if they are only accepting verified accounts or accepts unverified).
Online shop must be available to deliver the goods anywhere (in example I live in Asia).
Online shop must be high reputable/trust worth shop (must be something like ebay, amazon etc).
Online shop must make me (the buyer) secure.


I need guide explaining how to online shop on the site you will tell me.
How to report broken goods etc (I want to buy something and it's not in the market in where I am currently living, and it's a gadget).
I need to know more, just add more what kind of "to do" or "not to do" or "to look" should I be doing while buying.

(Please, don't tell me ebay... ebay in my country looks scary and full of scammers, it will be my first time to shop online so please, I need it)
