I would like to state clearly at first, that Arcus Gold has not downright scammed me.

However, what has happened and them not taking responsibility leads to the same result for me:

I have traded alot with AG in the past, without problems.
Recently however, I had placed an order which could not be carried out. Instead I was promised an immediate refund. So far so good.

I waited 2 weeks for the refund without anything happening. Upon contacting AG I heard, that G2A handles the refunds, even though my payment was not done through G2A. The payment was carried out through direct online banking. I then turned to G2A who informed me that I will not receive a refund onto my bank account - even though I have been informed by my legal advisor, that the SELLER is legally bound to make sure the refund goes directly to the source where it came from - but instead they have created a G2A account in my name (which I do not want) and credited the money to this account in order to spend it online.

Besides that I do NOT want a G2A account with a credit, the almost amusing part is, that G2A informed me that the G2A wallet is currently not available in my country, due to legal circumstances.

Against my will I have just today confirmed the G2A account, which G2A created, atleast to be in control of the virtual money.

Now, I did not receive the rs-gold from AG, I did not receive the refund properly from G2A either, and AG is refusing to pay me the refund as well, even though it is their legal obligation to take care of my money reaching my bank account. Instead, they blame it on their business partner G2A and tell me to turn to them.

All claims in this thread can be proven, mainly through screenshots of the conversations with G2A, stating the money having been transfered to a G2A account made by them, the wallet not being available in my country as well as refusing to refund the money to my bank account. I have uploaded the proof to imgur and will supply the link to any moderator requiring the link via private message.

Customer has been contacted again via email. I'm currently awaiting for his reply to solve this situation, as soon as possible

 

Arcus Gold has contacted me and also made reasonable efforts, in order to give the refund back to me, by attempting to move the money off the G2A account. They have even logged into my G2A account for me, in an attempt to avoid the problem, that the G2A wallet is not available in my country. All efforts have failed however.

Arcus Gold still refuses to pay me back my refund. Even if it is the fault of Arcus Gold partners, and not them themselves, in the end, I have not received my money and they are not willing to take responsibility for their business partners.
