Let me re-phrase: Does he state anywhere that his paypal email matches that one during your conversation?

 

no I don't have it.. but all the proof is there. Why in the hell would I ask him for his paypal email address when he's the one sending me the USD via paypal?

The reason you should ask for the paypal confirmation is that it just makes this process easier in that we can make sure that nobody's being framed etc. I have temporarily banned him and he will be permenantly banned ASAP.
