9HP acc! (101 days from 10yr)

Hey guys, title says just about it all!
I have a 9Hp acc with only 101 days until it can get the 10yr cape!
But for the most part all stats are 1 except for mining which is 63
and smithing which is 39. Bids started at 10m (already have offer for 20m)
there is no A/W....LET THE BIDDING BEING! Oh also I know I'm new to the site and all but I am willing to use MM
and I will pay if I have to, just trying to start up and build a name so help me out and if you can leave a positive feed back!
