    So heres the story in short.

    I told him I was selling 40m for $1 per mil on his thread. We agreed upon 10m in increments and he will give me $10. However, he did not pay me when I gave him the 10m and would not respond. Right now its been over 12hours and I ahve not received the payment yet.

    I will post screenshots when I get home from school.
