Reason:

Wasn't sure how to report the entire thread, or even if it's worth reporting, so doing it here. Sorry if this is the wrong place and I will gladly rectify if someone could tell me where it should be.

The thread clearly states within the title '[All capes for $10]' and the creator states within the thread that all capes will be done for $10, then has a clause where he claims he can charge more and within the thread even says that his mood and whether he can be bothered will affect the price.

I do not know whether this is punishable or anything, but I think he should at least be made to change the title as it is misleading and to put it simply, a lie.
