Range staking gear? help please =)

Well since tomorrow staking and everything is coming out i was just wondering what gear would be good to wear for ranging with 50 def (yes a failed def level lol)

my current stats are:
95 nearly 96 range aiming for 99.
99 mage.
50 def.
86 hitpoints.
60 attack.
80 strenght
and 44 prayer.

what levels and gear do you reckon i get for staking? i would like to keep 50 def tho.

 

Bro you already ruined your chances of being a staker by getting prayer. I'd recommend pking.

 

Range staking all you need is defence and range so.

You wont need gear btw, no-one stakes high with arm on.

I reccomend rune knifes-dbolts e if no spec

if spec on morrigans jave-axe, - dbolte- knife

 

I personally recommend you PK, as you will own, the prayer and low defence may have screwed you over for staking. But returning truth seems to have a good plan =)

We're talking about a high-combat staker now. Low prayer, such as 44 doesn't matter. The higher level you are, the lesser the effect of prayer is, since more and more people will have atleast 43 too.

The prayer is ok.

Other than that, I'd recommend just staking no arm, using Rune knives p++ or obsidian rings.

 

you could also try onyx e bolts, i think i remember people used to use them to stake.
