VizR - Scammed me Today -.-

Briefly explain the trade: $20 through paypal for runescape pure account

How they scammed:
First I saw his topic for an account that I was interested and looking for a while. I posted a message on his topic claiming I will buy his account. A few hours later he came online and replied to all of us. He then said he added me on MSN/Chat. I checked and he was online. We just started to chat and I asked him if he still has that account. He replied that He did so I continued on. I asked how we are going to do this trade. I asked if he has any vouches and he said he did'nt on sythe but on some other site. I decided to risk all my security and decided to go first since it will be my first transaction as a registered user. I asked if his paypal is the same as his email address and he replied yes. I then went and sent the payment through paypal, as seen with my images I have posted. After I sent the payment of $20, as you can see with this image as proof that I did, I asked him to confirm it. It took a few minutes and I kept refreshing my paypal account. RIGHT AFTER he claimed the payment, he logged off and that was the last I heard from him. I send messages on chat and through sythe and nothing yet. He isn't online as we speak on chat or here. I have filed a claim to paypal and they said they are working on it so hopefully I can fix all that. I just want this douche banned and his ip too (yeah he can change it) but so he won't scam other's on this account. Thank you and I hope this is enough proof and if you need some more proof I will see what I can do or you can tell me what else I need. All pics I have uploaded will show what went down. He tried to go all nice and do the "trust" thing where you tell one person to "vouch for me" after the transaction.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I guess in his topic he replied to me. Also his email matches the email I send the $20 too.

Another Note:
It seems like he has sold this account before and a user claimed he almost scammed him as well.

As you see the old one doesn't even have any email so my guess would be he made a new one. However I can't be sure what his other email was unless given with bob1337 pics in the old topic, it has a similar address to the current on in the recent topic.

Well that's about it. I hope you can ban this douche from ever scamming someone else again. BTW today is my first day as a member on Sythe! xD. Guess I should have seen it coming since it's a hotspot on here. PM or post if you need any more proof like i said.

Edit: I have went onto my other email account and sure enough he was online today. So he blocked me permenately on the email above in the shots. I was maybe going to reason with him but before I even replied he blocked my other email. Indeed not needed for Sythe. Thanks again.
