    Dietary pills?

    So i'm 16, i'm a little over the weight i'd like to be at. I'm not fat at all, but i'd like to lost some gut, and i just eat a lot. Is there a "pill" that reduces your hunger, and works? thanks.

    I highly doubt it, if that existed there wouldn't be a business for liposuction and such.

    There are milk drinks that are around the size of a shot glass that is meant to reduce your hunger, im not positive if they work but they sell for cheap. Sorry im not sure what they are called though.

    What is your diet consist of? You might want to start eating high metabolizing foods. It also could be that you're actually eating like foods that stay in your stomach and just rot instead of moving through and shitting it out. Lol

    Anyways you could just change the way you eat? I always find that drinking more fluids while eating fills me faster especially soda but water works to.

    Do clenbuterol, thats what bodybuilders use, any of them barely move a round to get lean, they just do clen tablets...
    Yes it's a steroid, yes it has side effects, yes it's good.

    Most of those dietary "pills" don't work, they are just big scams. Try eating more proteins like almonds for snacks instead of eating another meal or fatty snacks.

    Football's out of season and I can't run because I'm busy working.
    I eat 3 meals a day, sometimes 4 if i eat before and after work at mcdonalds. I eat cereal in the morning, whatever's school lunch, and regular dinners.
    i lift and run 3 times a week.

    Take a cold shower 2-3 times a week after that shower while your body is still under room temp... Go for a run and heat up that way this will make you lose weight like crazy assuming you run until your sweating buckets and get your body nice and cold

    All the pills out the promising this do not work. Dont try them. Try to get a treadmill and eat for veggies.

    Most pills are just bullshit, not sure if they excist or not..., just start off with only drinking water...and try to eat just a few times a day, small portions.

    as others have said, most diet pills are a scam. try to improve your diet gradually and maybe throw in some cardio a couple times a week (walking, jogging, etc.)

    No those pills are simply a scam. Each one of those products will say it must be used with diet and excessive. The FDA doesn't regulate these pills either. There could easily be something in it that will harm you. Don't waste your money on pills.

    There are some things you can get to curb your hunger that are low in calories like slimfast or whey protein.

    It pretty much comes down to calories in calories out. The more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

    I drink a whey protein shake with 3 raw egg yolks in the morning.

    Before lunch I eat a banana or an apple
    At lunch I eat a small meal consisting of all natural fruits and meats. Try staying away form red meat.

    eat a small fruit or vegetable of your choice before dinner.

    At dinner try to eat in less portions.


    Be more active, hit the gym, you'll feel better about yourself, cravings will be satisfied and you will be more confident.

    Eat 6 small(ish) meals a day
    Eat 1g of protein per pound of body mass
    Drink ALOT of water.
    Excercise 5 days a week about 2 hours a day minimum.

    Skipping is AWSOME fat burning excercise to get lean and ripped.
    along with a good diet and no junk and fast food ( Mcdonalds Included )

    You will be lean in no time

    Is it really that hard just to eat less? You'd save a lot of money than if you were to actually buy these fat burning pills that barely do a thing. They are supplements; if you aren't willing to eat less to go along with the pills you probably won't be losing weight.
