Scammer: Rikku

I made an account purchase from Rikku on 1/4/11 from this thread:

All the details he gave me was all false as you can see my failed attempt here



and he recovered the account.

How do I know this?
1. He is the original owner
2. He is from the Netherlands (GMT +1). He states he is from GMT +1 here:



He changed his recoveries to Dutch language (of Netherlands)




When I asked him about giving me the real recoveries he was reluctant to give them to me which pretty much means he wants to use the real recoveries for himself to reclaim the account. Why else would the owner of the account withhold info from the buyer??



I did try to reclaim my cash back from paypal but with no avail.
