[Theory] Unbanning an account

Alright, this is just a theory. If you've paid for your own membership, and you get banned, before you appeal you should make sure your accounts get in negitive credit. Put in the appeal once you've done this "Well, whats the point of getting this appeal succesful if my account is negitive credit. If I get unbanned then maybe i'll pay it off."

Has anyone done this before? and what rule? Because we all know Jagex doesn't really care about us, they want that almighty dollar.

 

Not too fond on this negative credit. Do you mean charge your credit card then say you wont pay unless your account gets opened? This might work, they are a business but I could see them opening you spying then it being closed promtly after that.

 

Don't directly tell them that, though. Gotta be smart about it.

 

Lol, don't throw in that "maybe I'll pay it off". You're not really in a position to negotiate when you're perm'd.

I guess it makes sense, doubt it'll work though.

 

Well it is worth a try. Technically you could refuse to pay because you haven't gotten the full playing time you paid for.

Only thing is I think runescape has a similar thing to wow, they own your account and can terminate it at anytime.

 

they will ban you just for the fact that the account has a negative bal. like if the membership is purchased and then its charged back its a automatic ban

 

This will not work. you violate their ToS once you bot assuming your banned for that and that is your own fault. not theirs. you broke the rules.

 

Negotiating with Jagex over a few membership dollars isn't going to change the outcome of your account's status.
