Need help with my Black Ops Headset [Mic isnt working!]

    Need help with my Black Ops Headset [Mic isnt working!]
    Okay, so i need help with my new headset, They are working well except Mic, I just tested to speak on it with Steam but i did not hear nothing, but then i noticed something wierd, i started to look at this

    I started to hear something, when i knocked it i heard everything, but when i tried to speak on it, Nothing :D :S Anyone having same problems or anyone know how to solve this? Help is appreciated.

    What i meant is my mic isnt working, this headset is meant to xbox / ps3 but im using this on PC, so its hard to find any help for it...
