Pure: 60 or 99 Attack?

Just a quick note, yes I'll be getting up the Magic and Range (they both suck atm) What I really need to know is whether to stay 60 attack (using dds and d scim) or continue on and get 99 attack (using whip and ags, etc) Now, as we all know i'd be hitting a lot higher with whip, gs, etc but should I really do it? Would the combat difference be that much greater?

Well your 79 combat now without summoning right?

If you get 99 attack you will be 91 combat without summoning.

So you just have to decide if it will be worth the jump or not.

I would say stay at 60. Getting it up to 75 is another 4-6 combat levels depending on your combat right now ( as in numbers. )

I don't think it's worth it for 99 for sure, because once you're maxed, you're level 95, and who wants to get raped by like 105+'s. Just stay 60 for 32-34's with Dds depending on your bonuses, plus, D claws > Ags when it comes to cheap ko'ing anyway.

60 or 75, I have talked to lots of maxed pures and many regret getting 99 attack.

 

Stay @ 60. Save you a whole lotta time, and just train your range/mage.

 

I'm a maxed Gs pure. I would say stay 60 attack unless you have an ags or bgs because that's what give you the advantage over other 60 attack pures, ever since I lost my ags I've been crap.

 

75 attack should be the MAX attack anyone should get on a barrow / 1 def / zerker / inti pue..

Well, being a former maxed pure myself, only get 99 if you want to be an authentic maxed pure. But, I'd get 70/75 if you want to pk.

 

I wouldn't stay at 60 or go for 75/99

75 for sure.
it's what 3-4 extra cb levels. But you have the Option for SS, Whip, GS

 

i would say keep 60 attack but ags owns so u could also go for 75 but not rly 99
