i know i will be flamed for asking this but....

My question is, what is soul wars? I here all this talk about it and "zeal"

I just wanna know what it is, in detail

Well its' near edge apparently, personally havent tried and zeal gets you xp on a combat stat.

 

Zeal points are obtained as a reward after a Soul Wars game. The amount of points given depends on the game result.

It's basically a slightly different version of Castle Wars in which the rewards are different/ better (imo). You get 'Zeal' which you can exchange for Attack,Strength,Defence,Ranged,Magic,Prayer,Slayer,and charms ( for summoning ).
The higher your level in the skill, the more XP you get in it.

It is a team-based activity that lasts twenty minutes per game and can be played on any world. In Soul Wars, two opposing teams compete against each other to gather soul fragments and offer them to the Soul Obelisk in order to weaken and defeat each others' Avatars, using a combination of combat and Slayer skills.

and basically it is a minigame to get zeals in which you can spend them on rewards. mostly exp rewards in combat skills..

it has like the best bot for combat around?

 

Its a minigame near edgeville.

Win=3 points
Tie=2 points
Loss=1 point

Each game is 20 minutes and each point is like using a exp lamp.


The objective of the game is to kill the opponents avatar. The most kills in 20 minutes wins the game. If the other team has more avatar kills, you lost the game.
