(Oh also: Air staves have a relatively low xp/hr. It's like 150-200k if I remember correctly, but I'm not 100% sure.)​

Air Battlestaves actually have approximately the same gp/xp ratio as green dragonhide bodies with stealing creation tools.

You should look into it.

 

Yeah, so I've heard, i have seen this in a few places this is the reason i didn't post anything about it and also i'm going for 99 crafting on my level 3 skiller
and will definitely not be using this method, thanks for the idea. if i get more requests ill check it out.

Xp Per Stone ( cannot do w/ Stealing Creation Tools)

137.5 Xp Per Stone

13,000,000 / 137.50

The amount of Dragonstone's you need to cut for 13m exp
94,456 (94,545.45)

Cost of buying Dragon stones:
Market price: 73.764
73,764 x 94,456 = 6,967,452,384

Cost of selling Dragon stones:
Market price: 70,819
70,819 x 94,456 = 6,689,279,464

Total Cost Of 13,000,000 Xp / Cutting dragon stones

= 278,172,920

Highly not recommended as this cost over 270 mill

This is insane. I calculated the cost by myself and almost shit myself. Thanks for this, very helpful. Gives me more respect for the who have 99 crafting.

 

I´d even suggest doing the first lvls to like 80 with SC-needles. After without.

If you have the money to spend, green d hide body's is a very very fast 99.

 

I've been doing black d'hide bodies to 90 which was pretty costy. Might look into greens when I see these calculations, will be using SC needles, thanks for the inspiration!

Since it is relevant to this thread, and we don't want people to waste too much time doing Sc, I'll post the Air Battlestaff calculations:

Air Battlestaff:
Req: 66 crafting, Air Orb, Battlestaff

Use Air Orb on Battlestaff to obtain Air Battlestaff and 137.5 crafting experience.

Air Orbs cost: 1,113 gp, while battlestaves cost: 8,378 gp.
Total: 9,491 gp

Selling price for Air Battlestaff: 9,009 gp.

Gp/Xp = (9,491 - 9,009)/137.5 = 482/137.5 = 3.51 gp/xp.

Hence, doing 66-99 crafting with battlestaves would cost:
66 - 99 = ~12,500,000 xp.
(12,500,000*3.51) = 43,875,000 gp
