    On a lvl 3, maybe.

    But just by itself, I don't think it's very 'rare'
    Especially with the agility updates.

    still one of the harder 99s, even if you bot. so yeah, its relatively rare.

    99 agility
    I would say so, since it is not an easy skill to do legit. Also, it is not botted as much as the other popular skills such as Dungeoneering.

    I don't think it would be considered "rare", but it is definitely one of the harder skills to do. It would be "desirable" at best.

    Not rare, but it is definitely a nice 99 skill to have, takes ages.

    It's gotten easier to get but its still the #4 rarest 99 behind Con, Dung and Runecrafting.

    Its not as rare. I am going for 99 agility on my main which I should have in 3 weeks or so. Maybe more, because i will bot frosts a little in between

    A useless 99 that can be botted, it was rare like 3 years ago, now with all the updates its meh...
