    Help me!

    It's the holidays where I live. And for the past week I have been feeling very sad, and I have no idea why :(...
    I have no idea what I feel at the moment, I just feel sad. I think it's a mixture of things. Being shy, thinking I'm socially awkward, thinking I'm not good enough.

    At the start of the holidays I was absolutely fine. No problems, wasn't thinking about the bas things about me.

    I was staying up later than usual though... not getting much sleep. Maybe this is the issue?

    Please help me! I've never felt this way before

    Well, this could be possible signs of depression. Have you tried talking to a counselor or a trusted friend/family member?

    I'm really tired lately? Maybe it's giving me Anxiety... Not sure :/

    Not enough sleeping? Yes. Sleep deprivation for extended periods of time can even cause hallucinations and paranoia-which in some cases can be permanent. You need to confide in your parents about your depression. Perhaps go out more often, or even on Holidays.

    Help me!

    Try working out, it keeps you occupied and it releases endorphins in your brain making you happier. As well as noticing physical improvment it has great mental effects.

    I get bored during the holiays as well (well I did during the christmas holidays) I am quite self conscious about how I look so I automatically work out after a while of no excersise, you wont want to work out but just make your self do it and you will start feeling better.
