    I have $300 dollars in my paypal and I want to spend it. But I dont have a bank account or credit card I can link. But can I buy a prepaid visa card and link it to my paypal and den use that prepaid card to spend my 300 dollars?

    Paypal needs a credit card or bank account linked in order 2 spend cash.

    Yes you can use a gift card to send money, it'll work just fine.
