King of Tao ban dispute thread 2.0 after 6 month waiting period

My account was banned for "scamming" and i was told it would remain banned because i was also "account sharing". Now the account sharing i knew about and if i had known it was against the rules would never have agreed to let him use my account. The scammer in question had been using my account for a good 3 months before the offending scam. A mear 30$, which i PAID the victim (jezustime) for the full ammount by Paypal Gift. Now as this is an attempt at getting my account unlocked/secured/TWC/IP checked anything realy to get it unbanned im going to put on the table the following things.

1. 25+ good trades with reputable people without problems (H1J2Q3, R2Pleasent and King Tijn)
2. 3000$+ in trades with these people (combined) always sent as gift and never claimed back.
3. Paid for what the scammer did Jezustime out of.
4. 1 LAST Chance any hint of scamming/different ip's rebanned without warning. (doesnt include changes in my own ip)
5. TWC applied to my account so that i can only go FIRST for trades of all types (i only buy anyways)
6. Any Reports are taken seriously against my account (instant 3 day+ ban unless appealed)
7. Free posting rights removed untill moderators approve my posts.

The was the scamming topic upon which i was banned after looking through the screenshots the total ammount payable to Jezustime would be 30 USD sent as Paypal Gift by my MSN [email protected]
