Gold and Item prices [MY UPDATE VIEW]

Basically abit about me I was a big time staker, meaning I was at the top, staking around 125 combats getting cleaned by the infamous H a 12 d. I've had a peak of 2b back then that's when phats we're max 100m for a Blue.

Basically with the reintroduction of free trade I'm going to explain my views. For starters gold prices will plumit. Random drop removed Pked items dropped. On average you'd gain %60 more wealth on a good random drop then the actual items dropped. This will eliminate the gold getting flooded in the economy.

Two prices of items will actually raise. Whips, DFS godswords. We all remember people staking 100 santas at a time when they we're 9.5m each. People with that power can easily manipulate the prices and control the market with free trade.

Also it's vastly annoying you guys saying VOTE VOTE VOTE! If you haven't realised by now Jagex decided to implement the update nearly a year ago perhaps. All this is frankly a scam to gain more money through Voting advertising. It will come back.

the actual items dropped? Are you kidding me? The system is not as faulty as
many claim it is. For every 10m brought into the game by loot, around the same
amount was taken out of the game due to wastes in resources (food,pots,etc..) and shit drops.

Nonetheless, a troll is a troll.

 

The thing thats going to happen with prices is its going to go mostly in the hands of the players again which could be good or bad. The prices for items back then were so much more stable then they were today because the players regulated the prices. Hopefully it will go back to this but it wont be for a while to have things settle down.

 

60%? where did you get this figure? if you had some vast formula to get it, you have made a mistake. There is a variable you are missing. It's called me and my twin not giving a shit about rsgp and downing dozens of people a night with no ep% what-so-ever. lol Ive downed millions upon million just to get tuna, and I laughed as I did it. LOL

also, like others have said, its kool to discuss your ideas on here, but please look through the threads first, and if you see one that expresses what you were going to say, or even if it contradicts it, just reply to that thread instead of making a new one, it keeps the forums cleaner specific ideas localized to one location so that they can be more aptly discussed. 60% more wealth on a random drop? Lol this number is way off. Maybe for a few selected pkers it will be that but thats it.

Yeah, no sh** people with power will influence the market price...

PS read previous threads...instead of posting a new thread you could have replied to any of the other "my view " etc threads on this update. Its funny how some of you think you're experienced and knowledgeable enough that people will care what you think. Whats even funnier most of their logic is flawed.
