    Ok i just bought a account last night it was recovered today. I sent the payment on paypal now how should i file my dispute? Item dispute or unauthorized transaction?

    Did you send it as a gift? Just file an item dispute saying you never received the item.

    It's hard to report someone about recovering an account because it's hard to get evidence.

    OT: Goodluck and I hope you do find the evidence to get that guy banned.
