Quick question about pvp tricks

Is it possible to trick any item? Even useless noncombat items? Let's say I brought like 100k ranarr seeds with me and someone killed me in pvp, would they have a chance at getting that?

 

umm i dont think it works with noted items.But i gave my friend a 1k addy arrow P++ trick and he got all the arrows.

 

Noted items and junk doesn't work.

Don't really know about stackables... since gp does work.

 

I was never sure if junk worked but I had like 100+ broodoo's lying around for awhile. Finally after trying to sell them on the GE repeatedly and trying to trade them for ANYTHING (the price was actually going UP in the GE, I dont get it), there price finally got higher than "risking" in pvp. SO..........I would just grab one, go in and kick some1, they would kill me, and I would yell "GF EP!". Alot of the times they DID get the broodoo and although it was garbage it ate up there EP which could be used on actual valuables.

Does this make me a duschebag? of course it does but whatever someone had to have them and it sure as hell wasn't going to be me.

As for being OT: I'm pretty sure anything you would want to attempt and xfer through tricking would be applicable wealth, but don't try huge cash piles or anything, that's kind of obvious and I believe the system is set up to detect obvious transfer attempts (i.e. like 1mil+ gp). ALSO, although this is a good and legitimate question, now that free trade and old wilde are almost imminent in there return, why not just await the update? Then you could just trade instead of trusting Jagex and there luck-based loot system to xfer stuff.

 

Because I was thinking of buying junk from people in bulk while they pay me USD. Then use all of that junk to fund my 1M trick Fridays. So I'd use that junk instead of actual gp for the tricks

 

erm, these "1 mil trick fridays!"...........is that something you do here on sythe? If I was the reciever of this trick, I wouldn't appreciate receiveing a "1mil trick" of garbage that's going to destroy my EP for a shitty drop, just saying most of the time If i lost a broodoo and they had ep and lost some, they got the broodoo, and nobody ever want's a broodoo.

ALSO! just a word of advice, i would watch out buying junk off ppl right now. Jagex is very hippity hoppity about this update, has changed there minds countless times jumping into the 2nd referendum, then going back saying we need more votes and all that jazz, I wouldn't get too much of your rsgp wealth into junk, because if free trade slipped up on you, all that rsgp is gone forever. Once free trade is implemented, junk will actually be junk with no value and if you drop it on the ground, no matter how much it was once "worth", the cold hard fact is that nobody would even pick it up. It's called junk for a reason, it clogs up your bank with no purpose, and FT will completely ruin any wealth you have in junk.

 

Well he gave me a 1m trick and I got mostly his junk. I was only on 1 ep so that didn't really harm me.

I was still happy though and it is slowly disappearing through the GE.

If he's giving the tricks for free nobody really has a right to complain about them.

 

Seeds work, only thing that don't count towards a trick is noted items.

 

I did about 20m worth of corrupt morrigan's javalin tricks today...and I'm pretty sure people are happy about that.

I want to buy junk from people because I want to some how make money off of my gp. I don't have a good xfer method so I can't sell gold to peope. I don't care if I get junk, that's why I'm giving them as tricks. I would drop them as soon as I buy it from someone for all I care. I can make like 100M a day so it's not really a problem.
