paypal payment pending

I bought an item online and after 2 minutes of paying for it on paypal someone filed a dispute and made my paypal balance negative.

so now its:
Dec 30, 2010 Order To Lockerz Inc Pending Details Order To Lockerz Inc O-90R374703A617443R -$47.49 USD

What does it mean by pending? Am i gonna get my item even thougj my paypal balance is neg?

Currently, paypal hold your money. If Lockerz Inc win the dispute, then your balance will stay negative until you pay it back. However, if you win the dispute, you will get the money returned to you.

Paypal are in favour for buyers so unless you have a lot of evidence, it is unlikely that you will win the dispute.

If you have already paid for the item, then yes. It should show up on your paypal statement as money deducted if you have paid for it.

 

No, lockerz wasnt the one who made the dispute, it was a scammer.

 

So you bought the item from lockerz for $47, and then suddenly 2 minutes after that, someone made a dispute?

How much was the good/service the person 'scammed' you for?

 

He payed like 65. And I used the 47 for the locker item and the rest for anitune card. I got the iTunes card emailed to me.
And the money dis get deducted. But why is the payment status pending for

 

That means that you have paid for it. I'm not sure which payment you're talking about is pending. If it is the payment to lockerz I assume it is because lockerz has not claimed it yet.

 

Sorry for not being so clear. After I have payed lockers and got the money deducted the payment status for the item I payed for is still pending. Is it because of shipping and handling or is it pending because my account is neg?

 

It would help a lot if you sent over a picture of your paypal account, hiding any extra information you wish.

 

Yes you are going to receive your item. Paypal didn't take it away from the person you just sent it to. They just took it out of you account, so anymore money you receive it goes to the negative balance.
