    Super glue

I recently bought some ray bans and the arm broke right off.

I took them to a repair shop; the guy took two weeks, ordered the wrong parts twice, and I found out by calling him that they weren't going to be able to fix them because his boss won't let him order parts for me anymore.

The nearest place is like 20-30 minutes away.

I was thinking about super gluing them back to the part that allows the sunglasses to open and close.

Can superglue fix it or should I just take them to get repaired?

    Wouldn't super glue look 'tacky'?
I would recommend getting them repaired, whatever the price or how far it is to get it done.

If I were you I would just take them to get repaired. Also like others have said the glue would look a little tacky. Also if you get them repaired by a professional then they would probably last a long time, otherwise you would probably just have to keep regluing them over and over.

Hope this helps, and good luck with your ray bans.
