Best place to train a 1 def pure?

I will be training Melee on the account, around 90-90-1.

Any idea where the best place is to train?

I plan on botting, please not rock crabs

 

Rock crabs and experiments are the only options I can think of. Flesh Crawlers are kinda common on pures, but I think they're normally pretty crowded.

If you do decide on Rock Crabs, use the ones in Waterbirth. I get 30-40k exp/h there with low melees.

 

Well, like the above person said. Your only options would be Rock Crabs or Experiments if you want to bot. Flesh Crawlers hit you so you'll constantly need to go to the bank for food so that's not for botting at 1 def.

Training 1 def accounts is a pain in the ass. Imagine botting one in F2P. Cows 24/7 lol.

 

I found the best way to train all of my 1 def pure was pking lol...the xp was pretty good, and i didnt even know i was training...This won't help you out much but on a low level pure, duel log on another pure with high hp, then go to the duel arena and let the low level guy attack the other guy with high hp while you eat food.

edit- Oh and if you have 43 pray and a good stack of cash you can get prayer pots and go to bandits, they should be good xp seeing that you have 90 att and 90 str.
