I am looking for an f2p pure with 40(can be 45, but with 45 dung also) attack and 70+ strength (1 def) range and mage level doesn't matter, I'd like the prayer level from 1-13.

I am ONLY buying from trusted users, this means 20 vouches++
and the 20 vouches does not include pin or free services.
I'm tired of having the accounts I buy recovered and I end up in a big and aching problem with other customers.
