How long does it take for a name to be available?

I recently changed Acc A's name to something random so it can be available. When will it be so I can put it on my main account?

You change the rare name to "xxxx" Wait 30 days, then change it to "yyyy".

So say I changed the name "Car" to "asdadeasfa" today. I will have to wait 30 days to change my main account to "Car"?

 

you will need to wait another 30 days to get the "last known as" removed.
