How does Western Union work?

Hello.
I've heard alot about Western Union.
I need explanation on how it works, for example, when someone wants to send money to someone, what information should he give? where he can do the process? etc...

And don't forget that, if your the one who is picking up the money. you pick it up FIRST. The money can be canceled if you don't pick it up yet.

Oh sorry Firez, i meant once he sends the MTCN and everything. You have to pick it up before giving the item/account or w/e you are selling.

If your picking up the cash you have to wait for the other person to send it and call/send yo the MTCN number used to pick it up. Also you must have a photo ID as well to pick money up.

What he means is, lets say you want to sell somebody something. He must send the money first, and you go pick it up, THEN you give the item he paid for to him, because the one who sent the money can cancel it anytime, and if you give him the item first then he may just cancel the money sent and you'd lose the money.
