Yes....

 

Your hair is still a bit too short. And um, PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, but you have what I call "Dear Hair" (I'm from Texas there are dear everywhere and your hair feels kinda like deers hair does) which can be harder to style. My best advise, print out a picture of what you want, walk into a GOOD RESPECTABLE HAIR STYLIST with about 40bucks and tell him/her "Hey, sexify me, kthx?"

 

Oh... so this is really you now? Get some product into it, style it up. I'd go with the first picture if I were you.

And whats with the do-rag on the face?

I'm going to be honest with you and say no. Your skin is to dark and kind of red. Your forehead is a little to big for this style, and you have really bad skin. Try growing out your bangs, and maybe add some product. When you try to aim for the dirty unwashed hair style you have to make sure that the rest of your body looks a washed and taken care of or you just end up looking like a dirty unwashed mess.
