Discovery spends a lot of time every day upgrading people's accounts, but he is far from inactive. He is rarely on his public MSN because he spends most of his time doing upgrades and stuff. Rest assured, I communicate with him daily, so anything that warrants his attention does get seen. I have spent the weeks since Pristine Pures closed ensuring that he is 100% not at fault for the Weasel event.
